Let me begin with how grateful I am, that Swetha is my therapist. She has been a backbone to my emotional health. ❤️

When I first met her, she made sure to get an idea of my problems from not just my perspective, but also my mom's.

The problems I faced were quite varied..starting from insecurity, low-self esteem to anxiety, family matters and even sexual issues.

Swetha took her time to get an overview and decided to focus on matters that needed urgent attention.

She began to deal with my problems one by one, helping me understand why I felt a certain way and how I can deal with my impulses.

She would give me assignments, teach me various techniques (which I still practice)...especially for my anxiety and headaches.

Currently I've been practicing JPMR, light streaming exercise and tapping.

Her sessions have helped me get emotionally stronger, strengthen my relationships and create boundaries for myself.💕

Every week, I look forward to meeting her so I can gain some more emotional solidity, if not by any technique, atleast by her lovely, bubbly and enthusiastic personality❤️.

I had childhood trauma and it made living my life very difficult. Doctor helped me build resources that help me fight back the thoughts and feel safe and calm when needed. Doctor was very friendly, understanding and supportive.

This is manisha duvvala .. i took therapy from dr Swetha jha for ocpd . I took therapy for 5 months . She listens to the problem patiently and tries to explain what is the problem exactly. She gave tips on how to cope with my anxiety , and my obsessive thoughts . I followed her tips and it really helped me clear my distressing thoughts. Shweta is very patient with her clients. She is highly empathetic, tries understanding the problem. She has helped me so much in getting through my ocd, I have started loving my life again, seeing things what they are instead of what my mind tells me.

Well, I am extreamly thankful to the doctor. With her expert counseling sessions she has changed my ward's attitude, thinking, behavior, and so on. Earlier he used to be busy in his own activities and in a kind of depression and irritative mood. Was not interested in mixing with people, friends.

But the doctor, with her special communication skills and all her efforts, transformed completely my ward. He is mixing with friends, & relatives now and doing very well.
